Dec 21, 2013 · Hi, I uploaded a video on youtube and it says in video manager under copyright notice that 'your video is blocked in some countries' and the country is Germany. I dont mind this however on mobile devices it now says 'the content owner has not made this video available on mobile add to playlist to watch it later'.
