moving from the R7000 dd-wrt, i currently have my static ip ranges setup "outside" the DHCP range, On the XR500 is there any benefit to doing things that way ? or should I just let the router do its thing if i set the dhcp range to the full 254 available ? Sorry should of specified this only happens between 1-3 days. And the IP always goes back to the same “static” IP (i.e. a script to reboot router with the same static IP would work). The reason I am trying get a static is to work is so I can ssh in remotely, unless there is another way around this?
